These are the album’s only set of lyrics to be written from a personal perspective. They explore the idea of the subconscious mind compelling a person to action through both positive and negative reinforcement. Though at first seeming bleak and nihilistic, it turns to a message of hope through personal fulfillment, which the song title sums up very simply in two words.

This is also the song that utilises the greatest amount of sounds recorded with binaural microphones. The intro, outro and middle section are the most obvious examples, but all of the percussion used within the track was recorded this way.
